I am currently looking into " bulk " formers to help with elimination. I understand Pysillum husk is " illegal " due to the high ligan content. Flex seed also has this problem. But I have been reading about sprouted flax seeds - not the bread by ezekiel - just the sprouted seeds. I also have been reading about the mucilous by-product of soaking the seeds. This is what Vegans use for egg substitute. Both processes reduce the ligan and I think it may be OK to use then. Has anyone else any knowledge of this or any other bulk formers. I eat salads and veggies etc.. but what i am eating isn't enough for my needs. I am trying to get rid of fungus and bacteria with oregano oil and other things and i do not want the dead and dying to remain in the gut. So any ideas other than food?
