Guest guest
>>The author of GAPS recommends we have only homemade juices (no storebought), no beans except white navy, and no baking soda. << Thanks for this info! I was symptom-free on the Intro diet but then got severe aches in my liver and gut pains and started having chalk-coloured stools - a sign that no bile was being released by the gallbladder. No bile=digestive problems. I couldn't figure out what it was, because I was eating " nice " food, but of course I did have bakingsoda in the muffins. I was mostly making them for my daughter, but I couldn't help tasting some! I am guessing that was the culprit! Next time I will make baking soda free muffins and see if that works better. What is the bakingsoda in the recipe for anyway? Cecilia
