Guest guest
Hi everyone- I just got a letter from social security telling me my drug presciptions would be paid by the goverment and not the state. That means medicaid wont be paying, but medicare will. This opens up a huge medical drug benefit option for people now not able to afford it. Be sure to go to www.medicare.gov for more info. Yours, Deborah Be sure to read up on this. There's a HUGE donut hole in the coverage. With Medicare paying, there will be a big block of money in the middle that you will have to pay for your meds before you hit that cap and Medicare takes over again. At least that's the way it works for those with just Medicare coverage for drugs. Nina

If so, would you mind sharing what it costs you and if you have any difficulties with pre-approval etc. I am on 800 mg. so my cost would be double. Also wondering if there is any financial help out there. It seems that the cost is staggering. Thanks Ellen
