Marilyn, do you use paper cups in the muffin cups or do you need to grease the muffin cups? Thanks Katy

Katy,

My muffin pans are heavy-duty non-stick, and I do not need more than the

" cheese oil " to grease them. However, if you're not sure how

non-sticky you muffin cups are, I'd use the muffin papers just to be on

the safe side.

I did note that with the doubled eggs, at least one set did try to stick,

but I advised them of their fate if they argued with me, and they let go.

If you're not using the papers, be sure to have a thin-bladed spatula you

can slide around the edges of each quiche to loosen them.

<chuckle> No, I advised them that they would be eaten IMMEDIATELY.

<g>

And Shadow and Sunny weren't TOO disappointed. They've had bites of

quiche, of all the souffle bread, of the avocado mayo, of the chicken I

ground for chicken salad, of the spinach and DCCC stuffed pork roast, of

the bison & broccoli pie....

You get the picture.

Such poor, suffering puppers as I have here! (Hey, I never would have

discovered SCD if not for the fur kids, so I figure they've earned

it!)
