Guest guest
hello everyone! it is really fun making yogurt but also a little frustrating, I am not sure if the yoghurt I am making is actually lactose free. I made a box with a heating blanket and keep the yogurt there, but it is cold where I live and at night the temperature drops a lot so I haven't yet managed to keep it at a steady temperature. Does letting the yogurt stand longer than 24 hours compensate a cold night? I am worried that the yoghurt I am making isn't lactose free. I get some cramps after eating it and today I had some bad D (die-off after a week??) . How do you know when the yogurt is ready? cecilia

Then you know you have nothing to worry about! Take care, GERDS and chronic C SCD 6 months >
