Guest guest Posted November 1, 2008 Report Share Posted November 1, 2008 So, with all of my ridiculous health expenses I have been having.. my mom surprised me and bought new convection oven, freezer and she's gonna buy me a dehydrator!! I am so lucky!! So, we bought a rack of lamb at the GreenMarket today and I wanted a brine or marinate it and directions of how to prepare this as I have never made this before. I can tolerate herbs and garlic in brines and marinades. Any tips or directions would be so appreciated! All of my cast iron steaks come out chewy- I would hate for the rack to come out chewy as it is such a treat and it is quite expensive.
