Lots of flaxseed. I take FortiFlax by Barlean's every day, along with A and E. I

went on the FortiFlax long before thyroid or adrenal treatment began because my

hair was falling out like mad and it didn't grow hardly. Since then..I have hair

dressers asking me what I do to get my hair like this!

I have had hair loss off an on with the thyroid dose adjustments and the RT3

problem but I have enough hair now that you can't notice it.

Now might now be a cure for everyone, but it definitely helped me grow stronger,

thicker, shiny hair. Maybe it will help.

when this first started was massive hair loss. Handfuls were falling out daily

and hair was everywhere. Then reverse t3 and another 3 months of it.

thicker. I have seen some growth around the temples and my eyebrows have filled

in again, but I still have a pretty big part and it is noticeable. (I have been

wearing extensions for the past 2 years to try and mask this.) I'd love to have

my hair back.

Low ferritin adn low thyroid are the usual causes of this as can be one

homorone that testosteroine converts to and I canlt remember what it is,.

Usually when I hear hairloss my forst thought si low thyroid low

ferritin. YThe two together causes the worst, BUT then OTOH every time I

change a thyroid dose, I shed big time, but luckily I hav4e alot of hair

so it doesn;t show, but if I had thin hair it certainly would.
