This is what I'd use to transport my lunch but it is not lightweight so doesn't really fit the bill...

http://www.greenfeet.com/itemdesc.asp?ic=6007-00185-0000 & kw=To-Go-Ware-Stainless-Steel-Lunch-Box...I like this ocmpany becasue they pre vet things for chemical contaminants...maybe the insulated carrying case that is plastic/bpa/thalate/lead free looks pretty light? http://www.greenfeet.com/items.asp?Cc=LUNCH_CON...is that what your meant by thermous or something for liquids?

Hey MK,

What a great site- I have been looking for something like this for a

while now!

Yeah- I need something to carry liquids and keep warm.

Until I can tolerate dehydrated foods I thought I could put pureed

stew in it so I won't get too hungry outside.

I like this s soup plastic one I have - you add hot/cold water

for 5 minutes then dump and fill with hot/cold stuff - looks like a can

of soup but bigger - think it was from walmart???
