A new fat! Can't wait to try it in the toffee! <g> What else do you use it in Cecilia? And can you give your toffee recipe. And I wonder where one buys it in the US. Here you can buy them graded by how hot they taste, from 1 to 10. I usually buy a nr 3, chop it fine and mix it into the onion/garlic. Where is " here " ? I'd love the idea of graded peppers. <wry grin> I bought some which were supposed to be " mild, " according to the type, and they darned near burnt my husband's mouth out. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund

Can't wait to try it in the toffee! <g> Just be very careful that you get pure, food grade cocoa butter. The chief worry with it is that they may leave residues of the cocoa itself in the cocoa butter (it does smell, but doesn't taste, to my palate, anyway, like chocolate). So I would test the cocoa butter carefully for your individual system. (I was going to try it just about the time I had the cancer diagnosis, and sorta ended up distracted.) >> And I wonder where one buys it in the US. << Typically from reputable candy making stores.
