Guest guest
I was wondering how you IBD'ers deal with paralyzing fear introducing new supplements, foods etc? I need to try Acidophilous again and I am terrified. When I first started the diet the probiotic was a miracle for me and gave me a lot of stamina. Ever since my 8 err 9 month flare I have been off of it. Every attempt to get it in has failed in utter misery. I need to try again but I am terrified. This terror is also crossing into new foods territory and this is very unlike me because normally I'd stuff my face. Not sure what to do with this new mental attitude.. Guest guest
Eileen, I love your posts.. You make me laugh as sometimes the timing that you have with your issues and the timing I have with my issues are so in synch. I have a bottle of CLO that I hold in my hands every now and again but haven't tried it. Want to take it for Vitamin A and D, menstrual issues, joint issues. Haven't intro'd it either as no time is time to get sick. I would love for it to help hair health. I think micro-dosing is the way to go. Guest guest
Hello " synch girls " I can higly recommend CLO! A year ago I think I could be knitting a fridge of my hair. That's how dry and stiff it was. I also had very dry skin with even worse and itching spots. I started Kirkman's All Natural CLO (and made an effort eating good fats) and now I'm close to have my old hair back (which has turned almost grey in the meantime, but haven't found any supplements for that......hm) :-) I'm not even fully at stage 3 when it comes to food and have to be very careful intro'ing new things, but CLO was absolutely no problem. Good luck with trying!
