What is the difference between an osteopath, naturopath and a homeopath?

I am looking for a doctor who can order blood tests on vitamin levels,

hormones, bacteria, fungus, parasites, in general one who will consider

the whole body, including SCD. I've had several referrals but each one

has been from one of these types of doctors and I don't understand the

difference. I also got a referral for a Chinese acupunturist who uses

other methods of body/organ balancing. Which one is best? In Italy

all three mentioned above are also MD surgeons by law.

Can anyone share your experiences with them and what they do? Thanks a

lot.
