Dear Ellen,

I am also in Toronto! (I am also an Ellen!) I buy the JK Gourmet

granola in a health food store on Roncesvalles Ave, but where do you

get her baked goods?

The only place I have been able to eat out at without getting sick is

the cafe in IKEA, of all places. Their salmon + vegetable dinner (I

asked them to hold the potatoes, which are cooked separately from the

veggies) agreed with me fine. The cured salmon salad also seems safe

but a bit yecchh without dressing!
