My Excalibur was my second SCD tool -- the first was the Yogourmet, and I

just couldn't keep up with yogurt making, especially since I couldn't

find dry curd cottage cheese and was substituting well-dripped yogurt for

it in many recipes!

If I'd known in 2001 what I know now, the Excalibur would have been my

first choice!

And I still don't have a food processor, which everyone else seems to

consider essential!
