Guest guest Posted November 8, 2008 Report Share Posted November 8, 2008 What's a good way to freeze Green Beans, Spinach, Cauliflower and Swiss Chard? Also anyone have good tips for prepping a whole chicken? and cutting the legs out and keeping the pieces separate for different cooking?
