Repost: Coconut oil, which type should I purchase?

I'm reposting this as I didn't get a response. I'm keen to get some

coconut oil for my son while I'm here in the states. The only oil that

I can find locally (Chapel Hill, NC)is Spectrum coconut oil and it

says 'refined' so I wasn't sure about it. Can anyone advise?

Also, here's my previous post:

I've looked at www.tropicaltraditions.com and read all about the

different ways that coconut oil is made. However, I'm still confused

about which of the different coconut oils is best for people on the

SCD. Refined or unrefined? Virgin or not?

Can anyone advise please?
