If the berries and banana are frozen it comes out like a spoonable frozen concoction.(3) Peanut butter on banana slices. (4) Brazilian bread from Digestive Wellness toasted with PB and their legal apricot and honey spread. (5) Fresh garden tomatoes sliced, salted, spoon ( gasp) yoqurt over the slices, generous ground black pepper on top and sliced green olives or dash of ground hot spice (( homeade ground chilies, dried jalapenos, habaneros, etc). (5) Legal granola from JKGourmet either with almond milk or in (eek) yougurt. ( I happen to love the yogurt and I was never a yogurt lover before. I find making it savory instead of sweet kepps the love going--ie mixing it with mashed avocado and salt and pepper yto spread on cucumber rounds and tomatoes slices or sperading that on roast beef and rolling it up in a leaf of romaine) Hope that helps. Press into a loaf pan and bake, like a meat loaf. Cool, and slice thin. Take two slices sausage, put one slice cheese in between, and heat in a Foreman type grill or toaster oven until cheese is just melty, Pull out and eat. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund

Guest guest
Hi. I eat quite a few baked apples and pears for breakfast – with dripped yogurt on top. Crumble dried muffins work on top as well. Try Kendall Conrads recipe for Macadamia nut bread w/dates – make dripped cream cheese for it on top w/ honey. Plus all those other yummy ideas mentioned previously. I eat better food then when on SAD diet for breakfast ! CD – 3 years SCD – 2 ½ I think, can’t believe it. P.S. I haven’t posted much – too busy making up for lost time I guess. Time flies when you’re healthy !
Guest guest
Yes, I've made them with almond flour with good results. The coconut flour just makes them like real pancakes where almond flour has a different consistency. Guest guest
Hello,I'm a little late but some of my favorite breakfasts are, - sausage biscuit (breakfast sausage, recipe in Lucy's Cookbook. Let me know if you want the biscuit recipe and I'll repost it) - apple crisp (peel and slice some apples, cook with some cinnamon, honey and butter until soft, put in a rectangle cake pan. Make a topping with almond flour, cinnamon, honey and butter mixed together until mealy, crumble over apples and bake at 325*F for 20 minutes or so) - peach crisp (same as apple crisp but with peaches)None of these are 15 minute meals. I make whatever I want for breakfast for the week on Sunday and then just have to heat it up in the morning so, for me, these are 1 minute or less breakfasts.Take care,Kim H.husband, , CD 1999SCD 2002To: BTVC-SCD Sent: Thursday, November 20, 2008 11:40:53 AMSubject: Breakfast options I need some practical breakfast options.
