fructose malabsorption

this is just a heads up

there are lots of reports (many google-able) that probiotics are

harmful in cases of fructose malabsorption

it is known that prebiotics (ie inulin, and inulin/fructan containing

foods ie onion, asparagus, artichoke) are also harmful

so if you suspect you may have this issue, GET TESTED and then

consider the above information - do not act based on this posting alone
