Guest guest
Devil's Claw) and Glucosamine sulphate contain powerful properties that help to promote joint and cartilage health. In addition, Boswellia serata encourages joint and muscle comfort while also acting as a digestive restorative.I have a torn ligament on the ball of my foot. Am really afraid to take anything as my gut seems happy, but still need help in repairing. What can I do. I have been to a foot doc and he gave me a boot to wear and some one else told me to get crutches so I can stay off. Glucosmine has never agreed with me, any toehr suggestions? -- JHscd 4 yearscd
Guest guest
I just had an appointment with my doc today (Dr. Hoffman, who wrote the forward to my edition of BTVC, and has me on the SCD among other things). One of the new supplements he gave me was Bos Welya Plus, which has Boswellia serata as the main ingredient. So, my guess would be yes, Boswellia serata is legal. Some other anti-inflammatory supplements he's given me are curcumin and lyprinol. Fish oils, too. Guest guest
JH, If you have had issues with Glucosamine in the past I would just avoid it. The non sulfate form would be in veg caps and fillers so may not be legal, but I will check it out for you. I will try to find/research some legal versions of the others, when I have a little more time, they may provide a good deal of comfort and relief for you. Long cooked broth with bones, or Brassco Broth are very healing for all soft tissue, so I would be hitting that up if I were healing from that kind of injury. I will post more later.
