Guest guest
I owuld take it easy. You may already be on enough T3 so oyu do nto want to raise it much more until the TIME goes by for the Rt3 to be gone. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
I am confused, reading Nick's page and the messages here I understood that before rT3 clears some people go to a much higer dose than they will eventually need... and reading some of the doses other people took, 81 doesn't look that high... > > I owuld take it easy. Guest guest
Nick & I were the worst for goign too high and we were really the pioneers in this protocol adn I do not believe it is necessary nor helathy to go Y higher than what we need when it si TIME ot clear tht is most important. Time enough fo rhigh dosing if the 12 week mark comes and goes without improvements. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
thanks Val, I understand. I was also concerned that if don't go high enough I won't supress my own T4 production... but I understand your advice is (in my own words) " wait on this dose until week 12 passes and adjust then " , did I understood right? > Nick & I were the worst for goign too high and we were really the > pioneers in this protocol adn I do not believe it is necessary nor > helathy to go Y higher than what we need when it si TIME ot clear tht is > most important. Guest guest
Wel you can go up a bit moe sya ot 100mcg but I owuld not push it much higher than thattill we know it is not just pooling in the blood due ot RT3 in the receptoirs. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
O.K., thanks! In any case I will slow down. I have been increasing the dose quite quickly. I felt I needed it, because I felt very hypo. Now I feel better, so I can wait and see. > Wel you can go up a bit moe sya ot 100mcg but I owuld not push it much > higher than thattill we know it is not just pooling in the blood due ot > RT3 in the receptoirs. Guest guest
So, Val, can I butt in here and ask a question? I am at 14 weeks now and on only 56.25 mcg Cynomel because my adrenals are still weak from the food poisoning I had in December. I am, however, feeling cheerier and more energetic most of the time, which I attribute to RT3 clearing, even though I haven't experienced any big breakthrough and my temps are only a little higher--around 98 instead of 97.7. Should I not worry about trying to increase the cynomel? Guest guest
As you are past the 12 week point you can raise T3 by symptoms totally as ther eis no RT3 resistance possible at this point. But up unitl the 12 weeks point we need ot use some caution as the Rt3 cannot be shoved out of the receptors any faster by too high a dose. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
