Ok so we gotta watch out potassium and natrium levels while having AF, and on HC.Now, my potassium has gone from 3.9 to 4.3 in a week or so. I wonder why it's changingso fast. I'm not eating 100 bananas in a day.But what I would like ti find out is how the levels in serum are fluctuating with the levels inthe tissue. Like, if my potassium is 4.3 today, and let's say if I don't eat any potassium fora few days. Will my TISSUE "release" potassium into the serum then, making my levelstay at 4.3? Or will the level just go down. Like, does potassium ONLY travel one way, from the food->serum->tissue(final place)?Cause if the potassium is 4.3 in serum it won't necessarily reflect the tissue levels of potassium. Thanks!
