Enthusiastically bought that book in December 2007 (when it first came out). Even tho' the book is not all that new, the video link you sent is definitely new, to me anyway.

I loved watching and listening to it because it talks up the SCD diet (yeah!) and because it was great to see the author (Ms. Ramacher) who is responsible for writing such a wonderful and helpful SCD recipe book. Thanks for sharing the video link!
