Intolerance to fermented foods

Hi all, newly diagnosed with CD, been suffering with it for years

though. Doctors diet didn't work..sound familiar? Went online and

found the SCD. Have ordered the Elaine's BTVC book, but am already off

all grains, sugars and lactose. Been trying some recipes from

recommended online sites. Problem is, I cannot tolerate anything

fermented. It's like a toxic poison in my body and no meds will

relieve the pain. The 24-hour fermented yogurt is such a big part of

this diet, I'm at a loss as to what to do. What can I use in the

recipes that require the yogurt? I am already on acidophillis

probiotics. Does anyone else have this problem?? Any solutions?
