Guest guest
I have had lots of " strange feelings " in the neck (I guess in the thyroid gland) before I started meds and during the process of rising them. I had a tight neck for quite a while before I started meds. Then during the process of rising it I had a very tight neck (and cracking voice) very often. By trial and error I finally learned that the feeling went away when I rised the dose (to come again when it was time to rise again). I don't know if this could be your case... > > I have recently developed a strange feeling in the thyroid gland.. > > Why? > > I am at 30 mcg T3 and 20 mg HC, stabile temps..but a tad low . > > I just started progesterone this cycle. > I aslo have gain weight suddenly, and my breast are bigger!! Guest guest
and Livene, Same for me. When I first started taking thyroid meds, the spasm was so bad that it referred all up my neck and into my chest so that I didn't realize that it was centered over my thyroid. But I noticed that it was going away within a few weeks after starting meds, and that it would increase a bit until I raised the dosage - and then decrease again. I have no clue why it does this, or if it is your issue, Livene. But I guess for me, it's a bit like the canary in the coal mine. >> By trial and error I finally learned that the feeling went away when I rised the dose (to come again when it was time to rise again).<< Pam
