But, I am studying Nutrition and I have also been doing my own personal research as someone with auto-immune disorders, yeast overgrowth and excessive weight trying to find the right diet. The complexities and contradictions can be overwhelming, to say the least!! I put together a list for myself that I thought I would share with all of you. Please keep in mind, this is MY personal list and is not meant to represent what anyone else should or should not do (and some people may even disagree with some of it) but I wanted to share it anyway in case anyone finds it helpful.
