There are interactions between the hormones. Tender breasts are an Estrogen issue from what the ladies tell me. That much weight that quickly is most likely water retention though. My period changed when I started naturethroid (switched from cytomel, but had to switch back) I gain a little weight on the HC. Apparently HC causes estrogen to go down, and T3-only treatment will cause your SBGH to increase, which blocks estrogen and testosterone. Everyone reacts differently. You may find things will even out after a cycle or two.
