Guest guest
This sounds good. I never thought of putting sour cream into a meatloaf. I guess you could substitute crushed pork rinds for the bread crumbs. Eileen's Meatloaf 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1 egg 1 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 cups Italian-style dried bread crumbs Preheat oven to 375 degrees F In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in soup mix, cheese, and bread crumbs. Form mixture into a loaf, and place in a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 10 to 15 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
