Guest guest
Hello, I'm following Nick's advice on the rt3 site and picked time slots to fill in, but I'm not sure if I'm on the best plan for me. I don't get up until 9, so my time slots have been 9, 12, 3 and bedtime. I wasn't sure whether to add in a dose at 6 or add to the 9 a.m. slot. Taking it at 6 seems late (although I don't go to bed until 11 or 12 anyway) and I'm tired in the morning and afternoon, not in the evenings. I actually seem to feel better in the evenings for some reason. Any advice on dosing? Thank you, Kathleen

It's less stress on the adrenals. I don't find sleep problems from taking T3 in the evening whereas I did with Natural. Nick
Guest guest
Thank you, Nick. I guess I knew it would come down to " try and see! " lol ;-) I read your reply to someone else where you said that taking the night and bedtime doses left more in your system for the morning -- which is when I need it! :-) The bedtime dose doesn't bother me, either, and I am not a good sleeper, so I was really worried on that one. Oddly, it doesn't give me any adrenal issues, either, (I wake up with good basals) and I don't take a bedtime dose of HC. Maybe I should even try raising the bedtime dose instead of the AM dose? So many possibilities to try! Still, with so much dosing, makes me wonder why we don't just take the sustained release? It *seems* it would be easier. Thanks again Kathleen > > > Taking it at 6 seems late (although I don't go to bed until 11 or 12 anyway) and I'm tired in the morning and afternoon, not in the evenings. Guest guest
My dose experimenting will begin today. :-) Thanks for all your help, Nick!
