Vit C and extra compounded claritin

primary doc just found fluid in my ears hance my recent dizziness -and

they're a lil pink - she recommends taking 2 comp. claritin/day for now

instead of one and extra Vit C to try to keep this from turning into an

infection - are we allowed Vit C by itself if it's a legal brand like

Freeda??? plus I haven't even been getting my C from the B complex ones

as I'm working everything back in slowly and was ok until 2 days ago -

bit crampy again and thought it was the vits???????
