That says adrenal issues. Are you on any adrenal support??

The saliva results also indicate that.

hi nick

thanks for your response.

i take 100mcg thyroxine and 3/4 grain armour. i think my adrenals are bad. i

survived with hypothyroidism til i had a tsh of 347 and my t4 was less than the

lab could measure. with hindsight the problem started in 1987. the irony is i

felt better with no thyroid hormone than i have since about six months after i

started replacement when my life went bang. i really don't think my body was

ready to take the hormones.

my private doc is against HC and offers me licorice root, which i tried years

ago.

i know the way i feel is part of the thyroid imbalance but have not cracked it

yet.

i will let you know what my reverse t3 result is.

there is an answer!

thanks again nick

i run out of armour on thursday and should get my reverse t3 result the same

day.

i was planning to take liothyronine and thyroxine. i will see my private gp on

friday and if my reverse t3 is not good have the discussion about Hc and t3

only.

is it safe to take hc?

do some people take t3 only long term, or is it just while the rt3 clears.
