Thanks in advance for your response, It sounds like you are doing well on the journey. My gut feel is that you could take more T3 later in the day. I found as I built up that I needed to " front load " the day more but as I got onto enough T3 they levels held better through the day. More later in the day and at bed time means there is more left in your body to get you started in the morning. At they end of the day we are all individuals, an small overdose of T3 is a temporary thing that wears off in a couple of hours. The place that I feel best is " just below too much " and that can mean that I overshoot a dose and then back off in order to find it. Watch out for temperature dropping shortly after a T3 dose, that is a sure sign of adrenal issues, the amount of T3 taken depletes the available cortisol as it tried to get into the cells leaving you feeling hypo and dropping temperature. If that happens the temptation is to take MORE T3 because you feel hypo and that is exactly the wrong things to do.
