Guest guest
My physical therapist has strongly recommended using calmag powder. It's a blend of calcium carbonate and calcium citrate/maltate and magnesium citrate. Some versions also include some or all of additional amounts of vitamins D, K, and C, and boron. I can find a SCD-legal version. Anyone have any experiences with this, good or bad? I'm going through physical therapy due to my left leg's " faulty gait mechanics. " Turns out a lot of my problems are due to a deteriorating spinal column.... Which is sort of scary, but I'm coping. Kim M.
