Guest guest
I am trying to give up most chicken brands especially the really fat plump ones because i heard hormones were used to fatten them up and since the hormones are in the meat can fatten us up too. The last time I lost any weight (a couple weeks ago) I ate only tuna and eggs. Since that week I bought groceries and got beef and pork and I have put those 3 pounds back on. Guest guest
hormones were used to fatten them up Now THAT makes sense! I am going to pass on the chicken for 2 weeks and see what happens! I do eat a LOT of chicken and when someone mentiuned this subject a while back, I was hard put to figure out why chciken could cause a stall. Now I know! Guest guest
Look out for the individually frozen breasts in the freezer section, I got a bag that was " enhanced " with a flavor solution (no more than 12%) but each breast had 4 grams of carbs in them! Gave those to the family instead... Guest guest
YIKES! I eat celery when all is bad, it is cheap and great with cream cheese, I think a person can live off of that for days if need be?
