I am trying to give up most chicken brands especially the really fat plump ones

because i heard hormones were used to fatten them up and since the hormones are

in the meat can fatten us up too.

The last time I lost any weight (a couple weeks ago) I ate only tuna and eggs.

Since that week I bought groceries and got beef and pork and I have put those 3

pounds back on.

Look out for the individually frozen breasts in the freezer section, I got a

bag that was " enhanced " with a flavor solution (no more than 12%) but each

breast had 4 grams of carbs in them! Gave those to the family instead...

The chicken breasts i bought said 0g carb but i have gained 4lbs so i am

cutting chicken straight out again.

I'm living off water this weekend as my fridge is empty and i don't get paid

until Tuesday. I have plenty of potatoes and frozen chips so the children

will be alright, just nothing to eat for me :0(

YIKES! I eat celery when all is bad, it is cheap and great with cream

cheese, I think a person can live off of that for days if need be?

filled the rest of my day with Dr.Atkins shakes. My neihbour also had some

cream that i have " borrowed " to use in the protein shakes.

Tomorrow I am going to go over to my sister's hopefully she will offer us
