Guest guest
I thought this apple cobbler was absolutely to die for. I am not handling nut flour goodies so no crusts for me but I can finally handle a little bit of peanut butter without too much adverse affects but I'm sure you could substitute another nut butter if you don't tolerate peanut butter. The gooey stuff that goes on top tastes just like reeces pieces. My non-SCD daughter keeps asking me to make more!!!! I would def double the topping though!!! If you like apples that still have a little crunch, follow the recipe exactly. If you like softer apples, I would cook the apples about 30 minutes before adding the goo. http://www.scdrecipe.com/recipes-pie/apple-cobbler-recipe/ misty kimble cd - no meds scd - 10 months
