Guest guest
In this realm, who are counterexamples? A counterexample is a person who has experienced T4 without good results and some form of T3 with good results, in either order or both. A counterexample could also be a person who was denied treatment because their thyroid tested OK inspite of continuing symptoms of hypothyroidism and eventually took some form of T3 with good results. Why is this important? Medical practice believes two things. T4 is the only proper treatment for the symptoms of hypothyroidism AND T3 is no good, not effective, even dangerous. The counterexamples, people described above, falsify the " science " that medical practice uses to support its position. Counterexamples show that their position is wrong. TPA-UK is starting a world wide survey and search for counterexamples. TPA-UK is at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/thyroidpatientadvocacy/ If you are a counterexample and you wish to take the time to answer 8 questions then please do respond. Those who are not so fortunate need your help, even just that little bit. Have a great day, Pritchard
