Yes, and i believe you can try it right away.

look for a brand that has no additives besides water or oil and salt.

Hi ,

I've been eating tuna from the start. Most store brands have illegals

in them like " broth " , " soy protein isolate " , etc which is also another

name for MSG. The brand I've been buying for years is from Whole Foods

called Tongul tuna. Ingredients: tuna, spring water & sea salt.

Safe and tasty.
