Magic Bullet-making pecan butter

I just wanted to post an addition to all the posts on making pecan

butter. I just tried making it for the first time using my magic

bullet and it worked great! The Magic Bullet can be found online and

in many stores and may be cheaper than a food processor. I actually

did try making the butter in my food processor (it's a cheap one I

think), but it was taking forever, so I thought I'd give my bullet a

try. I put in some raw pecans and a little olive oil (as this is the

only oil I have on hand) and in less than 4 minutes, I now have pecan

butter! It is pretty finely ground too..I am hoping to try some and

see how it goes!

I just wanted to pass on the word though, because I know that many

people are having difficulty making their own nut butters. For me,

this is a HUGE time saver, and I've actually been putting off trying to

make this because I thought it would be a huge ordeal. But it is

actually quite easy and quick! Hope this helps some of you!
