It gave me problems early in the diet. I ordered from Lucy's Kitchen and the flour is very fine; like regular flour, with no " almond pebbles " in it. The shipping was expensive from WA to ME, so I'm going to order on line from Honeyville in CA. Shipping anywhere in US for $4.49 for the total order. They claim their almond flour to be very finely milled as well. Baking with almond flour is tricky at best, but I'm getting the hang of it. The finely milled flour was much nicer to work with and I tolerate it. Anyone have a recipe for a base to make bars? like raspberry or strawberry bars with homemade jam? and a crumb topping? Still don't know how to convert my standard recipes to SCD. Thanks, Dianne >
