Guest guest
I recieved a shipment of Iodine today and I know you all don't recommend it while doing hc, and I am currently taking a multivitamin that only has a small amount in it, like the recommended daily allowance. It is kelp iodine that has 150mcg per serving(again the recommended daily allowance). I don't feel this from my multivitamin, but when I took the serving of the kelp I literally felt better in five minutes, it had quite a profound effect. To my knowledge you are against larger supplements of iodine, like 25mg, when you are low as it works the adrenals harder while they should be resting. Is this low of an amount ok, and could I just be iodine deficient and not needing t3? I know some researchers say that rt3 is only temporary, and I'm not debating the fact that it doesn't revert back for some people indefinatley, but could my reverse t3 simply be needing some iodine to fill in the link in the process maybe? I'm thinking of trying iodine before t3, what do you think?
