Guest guest
>Hi Dana, I've had reflux for 19 years! Sleeping on an incline is great! Also try to avoid eating 3-4 hoours before laying down, wear loose clothing, avoid acidic foods such as tomato products, avoid spicy foods, and basically anything over processed. Whatever you do, don't over eat! Baking soda does seem to help, but for me, I have to take a prescription med, if I go off of it, it's trouoble! However, I also struggle with gastroparesis. I hope that this helps!
