30mcg T3 is a VREY tiny dose. Iowuld increase it. Most people seem to

need 75-100mcg a day wiht a few needing less adn a few needing more.

Your temps will destabilize if oyu need more cortiosl so track them

WHILE oyu raise T3. Yes achign in the body is a very common hypothyroid

symoptom.

How long have you been on T3?

How much are you on??

What were you on before??

Ferritin??

Adrenal status??
