Birth Notes Interpretation Please

I have just received my medical notes from my son's birth. They make good

reading although a little fictitious in places. Anyway I was wondering

whether anyone can interpret the following for me?

foetus is OP (labour likely to be long)

CTG - reactive

V/E - OS fully

Station 0 to +1

position LOP

head at -1 to spines

Much Appreciated (in advance)

(the more informed now)
