Ferritin ok, B12 ok,

I am on 30 mcg T3

and hc-cream and isocort =20 mg cortisol

And just want to sleeeep all day.

Temps are 98,24-98,06. Six days before my period it is 98,6.

I feel no improvement. And how to know if I need more cortisol when my temps are

so stabile?
