help!!!!!!! colonoscopy prep???!!!

Because I've had a really acid stomach problem for a few weeks, my doctor is having me do a colonoscopy/endoscopy. I am both terrified of the anasthesia and of the colonoscopy prep. I know only I can get over the anasthesia fear. Are there things I can do to prevent getting sick from the "prep" stuff?Can you still take probiotics on the day before???Does anyone have any advice?I've been otherwise totally healthy- little to no symptoms these past years- but this scares me.
