Guest guest
When I first started the diet nine months ago, I thought that I’d be able to tolerate the yogurt and recommended cheeses because of the near elimination of lactose. Eggs don’t do me well either. But I found that I couldn’t tolerate them and have to build a slow tolerance. But it took me a while to figure this out because I assumed that since the lactose was nearly eliminated I was all set. What is it that makes some of us so intolerant, even after the near elimination of lactose? I thought of this posting when I saw the use of Lact-Aid tablets / heavy cream for coffee. I’d love to try this but am hesitant. Thanks for all your help! Donna UC 11 years
