Free T4 18.2 (10-22)

TSH 0.297 (0.4-4)

Free T3 4.09 (2.8-6.5)

Reverse T3 0.47 (0.14-0.54) " Within Normal Range "

Yes your RT3 is within normal range and this si why we do not use that range

excpet as a LOOSE guideline. It si the RATIO of Ft3 ot RT3 that matters and

yours is 8.7 WHich si WAY bad. But this could also have been determined just by

looking at your FT4. ANYTIME FT4 is over mid range, even a tiny bit, RT3 is

going too high. 16 would be midrange with your lab's ranges as yours is over

this you are guaranteed ot have high RT3.

Above half range while on natural is a sign that RT3 is probably an

issue

>TSH 0.297 (0.4-4)

A bit on the hypo side

4.09/.47 = 8.7. This needs to be over 20.

>Any Feedback?

Your suspicions are right, you have RT3 issues and are under medicated

in terms of T3 levels.

If I remember right you are on mainly T4 and a little natural. That is

not working for you at all.

T3 only is the way to go to start and after 3 months you can consider

natural only or natural and additional T3. Additional T4 is not what

you need.

The site http://thyroid-rt3.com is well worth a read if you haven't

already.

OK those are pretty bad. You will probably need 30-40mg HC daily. I do

nto think any amount of adaptogens or glandulars or OTC meds will be

enough ot help you.
