Hi Mara,

Thanks very much for the scoop on radishes. Where did you find that

info, please?

My favourite way to make ghee:

1. Set oven to 250 F

2. Put butter into loaf pan

3. Heat 50-60 minutes

4. With a large cooking spoon, gently scoop the top layer into any

random container --this stuff will be thrown out.

5. Clean the spoon

6. Steering clear of the bottom layer, gently scoop the clear golden

middle layer into the container in which you will keep your ghee.

7. Throw out the bottom layer.

Ghee can apparently be kept at room temp, but I don't really trust

that for long and keep mine in the fridge.
