Here's my daily diet! Considering I need a balanced diet with enough fiber, right amount of potassium, etc. This is everything I put into my mouth, every day, with some variations toit if I eat at a restaurant or something, but that's not all too often. I will try to put down theaverage of every week into one day!Every day, I eat and drink something like this:

20 mcg T3

25 mg HC

Vitamin and mineral supplements: B-Complex, C, D3, E, Omega 3, Zinc, Selenium, Magnesium, K2, pause the iron for now to make a blood sample in 5 days.

1 liter (0.25 gallon) of water with 1 tea spoon (not topped tho) unraffined raw "grey" sea salt in it1/2 liter (0.12 gallon) of carbonated mineral water1/2liter (0.12 gallon) of water with no sea salt in it

1 glass of orange juice (fresh, non pasteurized)

1 glass of organic rice milk

1 table spoon of virgin organic coconut oil

1-2 table spoons of extra virgin organic olive oil (in cooking and on salads)

1/2-1 cucumber

2 organic apples

1/2 organic banana

1 kiwi1/2 red pepper

1 organic carrot

1-2 cellery sticks

2-3 leaves of dark green organic salad

1 extra well done steak (normal size)

1 chicken leg/thigh (can't remember what you call it in the US/England)

6 organic eggs

5-15 small cubes of feta cheese

10-20 slices of regular plain real cheese

5-10 table spoons of cottage cheese (worried about my calcium intake - can be too much!)

30-50 nuts (almonds, macadamia, a few cashews and brazil nuts)

1 bowl of pure oats w/ rice milk (that 1 glass up there is used in this bowl of pure oats!)

1-2 cups of herbal tea (organic rooibos tea, for example) with 1/2 tea spoon of white stevia powder w/ maltodextrin in it1 Sushi Maki roll piece1/7 Mcs cheeseburger, gluten-free plain cheese (1 weekely)+ I salt every meal with sea salt.

And that's pretty much it! I feel I eat quite healthy. But I also feel I need more variation,

and I have the feeling that I am missing something. Guess I would've gotten more iron

if I ate gluten-foods such as bread, regular cereals etc. One thing is for sure: I am sick

of eating the same things every day. I miss feeling free and just eat whatever I want to,

without worrying about gluten, high carb, sugar, chocolate etc. etc. It's just.. HARD!!!I also get MAJOR GUILT when I eat anything with obvious carbs, such as sushi, acheeseburger etc. Should I? Or can I allow myself eating some carbs every now and then?Sometimes I just feel that this diet is off balance. Healthy, summed up. But off balancesomehow? Maybe it's just me.
