Guest guest
>Now, if I take 2.5 mg HC at 10 pm, my last HC dose for the day... Won't the zinc I take at 11 pm before bedtime make that 2.5 mg HC disappear? And won't that be a bad thing for my last T3 dose at 2 am? Looking at this http://truestarhealth.com/Notes/1346008.html " Other nutrients Oral corticosteroids have been found to increase urinary loss of vitamin K, vitamin C, selenium, and zinc. The importance of these losses is unknown. " This indicates that HC lowers Zinc and hence the supplement of Zinc is to prevent you going low it it. There is no indication that Zinck blocks HC soo the timing shouldn't matter. Nick
Guest guest
Thanks, wow, so that's how it works! Then I should be taking even more Zinc perhaps! My Zinc is at 12 (range: 10 - 20) while on 60 mg Zinc daily.Nick, if I want with my T3 1-2 hours today because of the doctor appointment, my whole T3-schedule will be skewed in the wrong direction. I will then take my last T3 dose at 3 am and I cannot stay awake that late again. I was pushing myself to stay awake til 2 am last night and it was very difficult. How do I solve this thing? I think I'll take my blood sample tomorrow instead, and just go to the doctor 1 hour earlier! Solved? >Now, if I take 2.5 mg HC at 10 pm, my last HC dose for the day...
