I’ve been blessed recently to be

able to get back to a (slightly modified)

exercise routine. Just a few weeks ago I

couldn’t handle it, because I

was in too much pain, which adds loads

onto my fatigue.

But I have to recommend that everyone who

has the opportunity to do

It, take advantage of physical therapy. I

have lost a great deal of mobility

due to muscle atrophy from the times when

I couldn’t get around. It adds

stress to the joints and made walking,

standing, doing anything, a painful

nightmare/near impossibility even after

the flares subsided.

It bothers me when I think how much of my difficulty

could have been

avoided if I had been working with a PT.

I’m sure you guys know how depression

can take over because of chronic

pain and loss of mobility. A PT

understands all that, is trained to help you

work through it. They will even come to

your home.

Love and peace to you all

Yellow

Improve it. Agitate. Promote freedom and

justice. Educate and empower.

Use your resources to reach those who have

not been where you have been,

nor seen what you have seen. In doing this

we build a stronger nation.
