Thanks Kay,

I will just have to be more disciplined. When I come home from work

I just feel like eating non stop and the sensible food does not seem

to fill me up. Maybe it's a bad habit like smoking - I almost feel

lonely without snacks in the evening. And between the RA and the

SAjogren's I do not seem to put on weight. At least more of what I

eat is good than it used to be.

I had to drop the dark chocolate covered orange creams and butter

creams. I buy a lot of cooking nuts at the grocery store - cashews,

walnuts, pecans.

I saw a diet somewhere that suggested 100 grams of the high cocoa

content chocolate bars every day. So here is my brilliant idea.

Take the 100 grams and microwave it with unsalted pecans and then mix

them up. Voila - healthy snacks but a bit too much for one day.

Thanks

Annette
